Firstly we ordered regular sized dresses a 16 and 18 to make sure they fit my bridesmaids. We then knew we needed the custom sizes as the girls are both 5’9 and 5’10 so we knew we needed the length. We returned the first ones and the customer service was amazing and got the refund in two days to my bank account once they received the return. The custom dresses are absolutely perfect. They are so nice and long and one thing to note I did add 2cms to all measurements the girls gave me just incase as you can’t return custom sizes and I would highly recommend doing the same. Overall amazing dresses and great customer service! Thank god for this website!
