We want you to love your Ever-Pretty dress! If you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit Our Returns Portal: Start My Return/Exchange
- Submit a Return Request: Wait for approval.
- Receive Your Return Authorization: If approved, you will get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship Back Your Items: Return the product(s) within 3 days of approval.
- If you choose your own return method, upload proof of postage and tracking number to our portal.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method as Ever-Pretty is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
Return Processing Options
You can return your item(s) in two ways:
- Self-Return: Use your own method and ensure proof of postage is uploaded.
- Pre-Paid Return Label: Download it from the returns portal or the approval email.
Return Label Fee: £6.99 will be deducted from your refund
To ensure fair return processing, a restocking fee applies to multiple item returns:
- 3-4 items: 5% restocking fee (credited as a gift card).
- 5-10 items: 10% restocking fee (credited as a gift card).
- 10+ items: 15% restocking fee (credited as a gift card).
Note: Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- You can exchange for a different item or the same item in a different size or color.
- If exchanging for an item of a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference
- The exchange order will be shipped once the original return is received and approved
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Returns are inspected and processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a gift card for immediate credit
- If selecting a refund to your original payment method, allow an additional 3-5 business days for bank processing
What You Need to Know Before Returning or Exchanging
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags attached).
- Final Sale & Clearance Items: Not eligible for refund.
- Custom Dresses: Because they are tailored to your exact measurements, custom-sized dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
IMPORTANT
- Please ensure the hangtag is clearly visible upon opening the package.
- Do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package or our business address. This will delay processing. The correct return address will be provided via email upon approval.
Custom Size Dresses – Cancellation Policy
Since custom dresses are made-to-order, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund.
- 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
- 72-120 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.
- More than 120 hours after payment: Only the shipping fee is refundable.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, log in to My Orders, select the order, and request cancellation.
